An interview with a young music producer from Germany, Voidead

We recently interviewed Jan Weber, a 21 years old music producer from Germany. He goes by the name ‘Voidead’. He recently released  his debut album “The end is near”.

Twist Online : First of all introduce yourself to our readers?
Voidead : Hello readers! I am Voidead, a newcomer Producer! I’m 21 years old and from Hamm, Germany.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Voidead : I love music and listen to it every day. Music become really early a part of my life and now i decided to make my own Tracks and share them with you.

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release “The end is near“?
Voidead : My recent release is my first Album. Its lightweight Trap with the use of classical instruments.

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Voidead : I haven’t got much response, through the fact that i am not famous at the moment. But people like my friends and family told me that it is nice and they like the combination of Trap and classical instruments.

Twist Online : What attracts you more, performing on stage or working in studios?
Voidead : I guess it is an amazing feeling to perform on a stage in front of a big crowd, but I haven’t performed in front of such a big crowd yet. At the moment i only do the studio work, but I am having really much fun with it.

Twist Online : What’s your favorite music genre?
Voidead : I haven’t a specific favorite music genre, it depends on my mood at the moment i listen to music. But in general its every subcategory of EDM.

Twist Online : Have you set some target to achieve as a music artist?
Voidead : I just want to make people happy with my music and let them enjoy it. That’s goal enough for me right now 🙂

Twist Online : Are you currently working on any other project?
Voidead : Sure! I am currently working on an 2015 EDM mix. Music from previous years wakes some feelings in me, that’s why I make this mix of “old” tracks.
