Rap artist Jizzel Tha Gee talks about his recent music

We are sharing our recent interview with Oakland based rap artist that goes by the stage Name Jizzel Tha Gee. He has two albums in all online stores, Jam City and Jam City 2 Marty Party and he has been performing live. He writes his own music and he digs all kinds and music.

Twist Online : First of all tell us about the start of your professional career?
Jizzel Tha Gee : I had been recording at my homeboy studio, Dubl. M Recording Studios, where I made and abundance of songs. I start feeling like I I need to take what I’m doing to the next level. I started investing in my music, booking my own shows, and perfecting what I do with my music in a professional manner. I understood my calling and made a career from it.

Twist Online : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
Jizzel Tha Gee : People like Eric B And Rakim, Too Short, E40, and uncle’s. I use to watch my uncle’s sing and rap and I’d be like that’s what I’m going to do some day. My cousins use to come threw and we’d go on top of my mom apartment building and drinking beer and trade rhymes. My city Oakland influenced me also. I’ve been surrounded by music all my life so it has always been in me.

 

Twist Online : Tell us about your recent release “Dig”?
Jizzel Tha Gee : Dig is a song I wrote to inspire people to never quit on there goals and there dream’s. Keep digging into the ground and pushing forward.

Twist Online : What kind of response you have received from the release?
Jizzel Tha Gee : It has been getting great responses. People are definitely digging the message.

Twist Online : What attracts you more, performing on stage or working in studios?
Jizzel Tha Gee : I’m attractive to them both but performing more because it’s live and direct. To see the fans enjoying my music and throwing they hands up to my music brings a hell of a feeling.

Twist Online : One of your video “Just Win” has done good last year. Tell us more about that?
Jizzel Tha Gee : Just expressing that won’t nothing negative disrupt me from winning in life. Hopefully all that’s hearing the song see my vision and keep or start winning in there life.

Twist Online : Have you set some target to achieve as a music artist?
Jizzel Tha Gee : Expanding my brand Jizzel Tha Gee Life And Money Music. Continue to make and grind my music and owning my music success

Twist Online : Are you currently working on any other project?
Jizzel Tha Gee : I have a new album out in all online stores Jam City 2 Marty Party and checkout my mixtape Protocol at datpiff.com. Both hot as hell mane.
